The Millennium Era borrows its exaggerated structural design from “bread shoes,” which gives it an overall effect of intense wrapping and support and cloudlike comfort. Loyalists of the Wu Xing II will be thrilled at this season’s bold reintroduction with blue midsoles and matching uppers that are set into a foam frame. The shoe contains several hollow design elements in order to promote air circulation and drainage — and its revisited spirit is one of total modernity.
